Teaching staff Workload Requirements

  1. Teaching Staff TimeTable

  • When a teaching staff login to HRMS, a tile is required," Workload". While selecting, it should navigate to a page :Teaching" to enter the details as shown below,

  • Select the
    a)Academic year
    b)Semester(odd/even/Trimester)


  • Select the
    a) Day(Drop down[Mon-Fri])
    b) Period(Drop down[1-8])
    c) Course code & Title (can add as text)
    d) Course Type: Theory/Lab course(Select option)
    e) Category: UG/PG(Select option)
    f) Credits(Drop down[0-4]

  • Submit the details.

  • Edit option needed, after submission.

  • Then the entered details should display as shown below

Non-Teaching Workload Requirements.

Select the
a)Academic year
b)Semester(odd/even/Trimester)
c)Month
d)Week(Week1, Week2, etc....)

A Form to be created with the following questions,

  1. Live in Labs Yes/No

  2. No of projects guiding(UG) -(count)

  3. No of projects guiding(PG) -(count)

  4. No of hours spent on project guiding- (count)

  5. No of Research scholars guiding- (count)

  6. No of hours spent on Research scholars guiding- (count)

  7. Administrative work hours- (count)

  8. No of Self projects or Research -(count)
